Policies & Procedures

Payments

  • Credit cards will be kept on file and charged at the beginning of each month.
  • Other forms of payment are accepted.
  • A $25 late fee may be assessed.
  • A prorated month may occur if there is no class scheduled due to holidays, special events, etc.

Attendance

  • This class is an all-inclusive group program that is designed to keep costs as low as possible for students.
  • Due to the nature of the group-learning environment, we do not guarantee make up sessions for any missed classes.
  • We understand everyone has busy schedules. Thus, if sufficient notice is given for an absence, we will do our best to accommodate the student.

Weather

  • Even though we are in the “Sunshine State”, we know that sometimes “liquid sunshine” can interfere with lesson time. We are concerned about the safety of our students and ourselves at all times.
  • Practices will be held in the rain (subject to course and range closure).
  • Practices may be canceled if lightning is present at the beginning of class (subject to “Thor Guard” lightning detection system).
  • If lightning occurs during class, all students will be taken into the indoor teaching facility until the end of class. Students will then be transported back to the clubhouse once the lightning detection system declares “all clear”.
  • If class is canceled due to weather, we will do our best to hold a make up class in the future.
